Ce film présente une intervention chirurgicale d'un anévrysme de l’aorte abdominale sous rénale de 52mm de diamètre chez un patient de 81 ans.

Il a comme antécédents : tabagisme, dyslipidémie, accident vasculaire cérébral, surdité bilatérale appareillée, infections urinaires, opéré pour hernie inguinale bilatérale, résection endoscopique de la prostate et cataracte bilatérale.

Il a eu un traitement endovasculaire par abord des deux scarpas permettant de mettre en place une endoprothèse artisanale aorto-monoiliaque droite, faite sur mesure, associée à une plastie de la bifurcation iliaque droite, un pontage croisé interfémoral et un obturateur iliaque primitif gauche.

Les suites postopératoires étaient simples.
