Clinical summary
Il s'agit d'un patient de 35 ans qui présente une pseudarthrose de l'humérus multi-opérée pour laquelle nous proposons de réaliser une technique dite "de Masquelet" ou de membrane induite qui consiste à réséquer la zone de pseudarthrose, de réaliser une nouvelle fixation et de mettre en place, dans ce premier temps, une entretoise en ciment.
Ce geste est réalisé par voie antérieure, delto-pectorale élargie, sans garrot.

A partir de la deuxième semaine, le patient est autorisé à utiliser son membre puisque la double synthèse et l'entretoise en ciment permettent la récupération de l'autonomie.
